Returns & Exchanges

🔄 Can I return or exchange my order?

  • All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

📦 What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@lunarheadwear.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

To process your claim, please include:
✅ Your order number
Clear photos of the defective/damaged item
✅ A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Refunds

💳 Do you offer refunds?

  • Refunds are issued only if an order arrives defective or incorrect.

  • Store credit may be offered at management’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.

⚠ Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom orders, bulk purchases, and final sale items are not eligible for refunds.

  • Headwear that has been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned or refunded.


Return Shipping & Fees

🚚 Who covers the return shipping cost?

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

🛑 Is there a restocking fee?

  • Non-defective returns (if accepted under special circumstances) are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from any approved store credit or refund.
